"Why are you painting this symbol on me?"
"It is the symbol of our cause, Orion. Fear not. You trust me, don't you...?"

"Hold still, please." Knockout told him, pausing the paint gun. Optimus nodded bashfully, and stilled himself.
"There is no need to fret, Orion." Megatron told the amnesiac. "Settle... Relax. Offline your optics, go into a short recharge... I will wake you when you are done...."

"These will be your quarters." The door slid open with a short hiss. "Get some recharge. You will need it for tomorrow." He gave the Prime a pat on his shoulder.
"Recharge...?"
"Do not worry, Orion. No one will sneak upon you in the night. Not while I am here."
"... Very well." Optimus went over to the berth, and laid himself upon it.

"Decode these coordinates for me... They are sacred artifacts we are trying to recover." Megatron gestured to the screen in front of them.
Optimus looked up at the coded lines, and nodded his helm. "I recognize these codes... Sacred artifacts, you said...?"
"Yes, Orion."
"Are you sure we should--"
"Now, Orion..."

"... Yes, Lord Megatron... I trust your judgement." Optimus went straight to work.

Oh dear~This one is a shorty, yes~. It is set, obviously, while Optimus has that whole "amnesia" thing going on during the second season. Possible AU, considering I can't recall those episodes very well...
